Dubai: The city known for pushing boundaries in hospitality is set to unveil WOOHOO, the world’s first restaurant powered by an AI chef, promising a truly futuristic dining experience.
Scheduled to open in September near the iconic Burj Khalifa, WOOHOO will feature “Chef Aiman,” an advanced culinary large-language model trained on an expansive database of global recipes, food science, and molecular gastronomy techniques.
While human chefs will physically prepare and assemble the dishes, Chef Aiman will handle every other aspect of the dining experience. This includes menu design, flavor combinations, and even the ambience settings, creating an ultra-personalized, data-driven culinary journey for guests.
The restaurant promises bold and innovative flavor pairings unlike anything diners have experienced before, using AI to push the boundaries of fine dining creativity and precision.
Developers behind WOOHOO say the project is designed to redefine the restaurant experience, blending cutting-edge technology with culinary artistry to appeal to adventurous food lovers and tech enthusiasts alike.
